In this session, we discuss the marketing, sales, and/or internal workflow procedures that are the most time-consuming and have the greatest impact on your sales. We dive into these procedures on a high level to uncover efficiency opportunities, whether they would be procedures that would need to continue to be done by humans or ones that could be automated, or both.

a report with my findings - recommending what processes could be improved; the how and why
I then go away and write my report - a summary of the findings we have uncovered and my recommendations on what could be done to improve efficiencies and how. My recommendations, if you agree with them, could then be executed with or without my help.
